Accounting challenges for VPPAs are unique and complex in Europe and companies pursuing VPPAs have a lot of questions on best ways to reduce risk while still reaching energy goals. During this session, we’ll walk you the details of IFRS vs GAAP accounting, derivative and M2M requirements, and how to manage potential price volatility through alternative PPA pricing structures.  

You've Signed a PPA. Now What?: What You Need to Know About PPA Performance Management 

After signing a PPA, there are many considerations companies have when managing their project. Where can they find the necessary and relevant pricing data and information? How should they treat, cancel, or trade certificates? How do they continue to manage stakeholders and report out on performance?
